Hello, I visited your store in Beckley,WV, made a purchase, needed to return, but alas no stores in MD. I checked on line and found the perfect store. Centreville,VA. We found ourselves lost, and LYNN gave us directions better than navigation, or Siri. I could tell her where we were at all times, and she could answer . They are great. The staff go ABOVE and BEYOND to help you. I intended to return the item, but decided to look around the store to see if I needed anything else and would just exchange. This is exactly what happened. My sales helper, LYNN was super helpful. We purchased a big fluffy bed, a saftey harness for the car,(Lynn put it in the dog for us) we left it on her for thr drive home. And we got her a toy she absolutely loves. It's a red hot dog that appears to be wrapped in a bun or cheese. It's a squeak toy and it is with her at all times.I love this store, just wish they were in my area, Frederick, or Hagerstown, MD, Also wish you were on line to place orders. Soon...
