        Two hours late

        Not only did it take Fred a week and a half to actually call me back to schedule a date to come and make me a spare car key (which only took about 5 minutes), but he arrived over two hours late! He made me a key and it works well but I would have much rather had him call and reschedule than have to wait for him and miss my evening plans. He's a good worker just make sure you allot plenty of time for your lockwork!
