Affordable Wood Floor Refinishing

This is a scammer: Job was not completed, burnt hole in wood floor, left note, and disappeared. Has yet to respond to phone calls. Sanding was uneven and only a partial coat of finish was applied with bare wood spots all over floors. Had to get anoth company to redo floors. Business address for Dan Hess is is not valid.
