It is 4 days till Christmas my husband was on his way to work, before pulling out the driveway he remembered he forgot his lunch, he jumped out with the car on, and his car door locked. He drives a 2003 Honda Civic. We tried unlocking the door ourselves, we were unsuccessful, we got in through the window, but we didn't have to tool to unlock the door or to push down to unlock it. I called Jimmys asking for a price, he quoted $65, I let him know I would call back. I called other locations but we got no answers. I called a second time as money is an issue asking genuinely if he could please accept $50 as that is all we could afford to make it through the week. He responded "Today is my day off, I'm really not suppose to work and I wont take $50" I told him ok thank you and hung up still trying to call other locations to see if maybe WE could find something cheaper. I called a 3rd time as we had no luck. He got here in 10 min, unlocked the car in 1 min, charged us the full $65. I understand this is a business, but I was not asking for a free service, I was asking for some help. Now we have to struggle with our 1 year old for Christmas week. I sadly do not appreciate this. I would have been happy with $60, I do not recommend this place to no one as they have ugly hearts. Merry Christmas
