they order everything freash and make it there. there pizza is rolled and tossed, and the Chef cooks on live TV so you can see every thing they do this is one great place to eat

After hearing there were new owners we thought we would give it a try again... WOW! What a difference! The food quality is much better, the service levels have moved up and everyone seems to be happy and not on edge! What a great experience! Loved the new special choices, pizza options and wine! Our kids enjoyed everything as well! We will definately take time to visit Matteo's again on our way to FL. Thanks!
