Premier Pediatrics

HORRIBLE FRONT DESK STAFF! When I called to ask questions (because we are moving to the area) she was rude, put me on hold 3 times without asking, just interrupted me in the middle of my sentences, refused to let me meet any of the providers until my child needed an appointment. If the Dr's at this practice are great, it doesn't pour over to the people answering the phones. She told me to go online and fill out paperwork, when I asked her what paperwork she said "oh nevermind". Based on the initial phone call, I will never take my children there.

Wow!! wonderful service! I met the following staff..Lidia, Jessica, Claudia, Dr Goodyear, Judy, and one more named Nicky. I was so empressed with the care given to me and the way my concerns were addressed. I had read the past reviews and was a little hesitant to go, but once i went, I realized that i had made the right choice. Not only did my daughter get wonderful care, but they even called to check up on her the day after. My other Drs office in Brighton didnt do that. Infact, one of the doctors at my previous clinic called my daughter FAT!! Oh, the office manager at Premier Peds even was proactive and was asking us how our visit was before we left..are these people for real? Im happy with my choice.

AWESOME and Very Caring Practice,,, Yes they might be young staff and might want to test for everything but that is showing they care, I will rather make sure there is nothing wrong with my kids than later in life be sorry for it, and the reason why some people don’t like the office is probably because they don’t know how to appreciate good service, and NO they don’t have patients just because they are connected to Platte Valley Hospital I know 2 families that come all the way from Aspen to get treated, from Greeley, Fort Morgan and many other places. And the reason why I know is because I am one of the Families that drive all the way form Aspen. So if anyone has something bad to say about Premier Pediatric keep it to yourself, you must have deserved it.

I could not be happier with the care my babies get at Premier Pediatrics. The front desk is always warm and welcoming. The back office is quick and my children have grown to love our MA as well as our Dr Flannery. I highly recommend this office to others with children or expecting.

These people truly have no idea about good customer service, and they try to boss you around. They do not believe in working with parents to figure out what's best for your child. I decided not to take my newborn in for a two day visit after leaving the hospital, because she had just been examined by neonatal nurse in lactation and was determined to be fine. However, when I called to schedule her two week visit they refused my daughter service because I had decided not to take her in for this two day visit. I could not believe it and they were very rude.
