        Called for an emergency. not only did it sound like I woke him up, but I had to ask to make sure I was reaching the correct business. Asked him if he could open a lock for me. Acted like I asked a stupid question AND THEN SAID NO. No goodbye, no sorry and just hung up. Never again will I waste their time with my business.

        Was rude and didn't want to help with anything. I drove 45 miles to get keys made and she said they didn't have blanks for any of the three keys I needed? Go somewhere else ... That's my advice.
