Ceresnie and Offen Furs have been a staple in the community of Birminham, MI for decades. For many decades I have stored my furs with them and made purchases. Everyone is always so personable. The service is OUTSTANDING and the quality as well as prices are unbeatable.

Overall
I don't appreciate the way they speak of (or treat) the animals used for fur. They're apathetic.

They said they raise most on fur farms, of course the animals are left out in frigid temperatures with only 2 sides of the long line of cages blocked from the wind [one side and a tin roof.] The cages are small, and wire bottomed so their droppings fall to the ground. How that must hurt their feet while they live out their miserable lives. But what really got me is that they admitted to selling garments that were gotten by TRAPPING.Trapping is a horribly inhumane way to go as it causes intense pain and stress for that animal. I don't want to be wearing any of THAT kind of karma on my back, thank you.Worst.. when I showed compassion for the animals, I was scoffed at. I was led to believe that because they were going to die anyway, it didn't matter how they were treated.Are... are WE not going to die someday as well? Should we then have miserable lives because they will end some day? Do animals not feel pain and sadness as well?I will never enter this place again.....
