Bob's Towing

Excellent speedy service! Bob's towing helped me when I broke down during a large snow storm. Very pleased with the service I received.

Take my advice and call someone else. They went and were suppose to help my 16 yr old daughter who was stranded in Bay City and her family being 45 mins away. Her car wouldn't start and asked them to go jump and also about it being towed. Charged her $40.00 to hook up jumper cables for 20 seconds. Tell her it was starter took her momey and left. Never offered to take her car anywhere. My daughter and her friend were left where they were for 4 hours until a trailer could be located to have the car moved. I am beyond disappointed and upset that they never offered to take the car to a garage for us. Not sure how someone could accept money for doing so little. I hope I never have to use a tow service again. If I do it definetly won't be this one.
