AutoZone Auto Parts

I have always gone to Auto Zone for any car parts that I need. And that is the only place I will ever go. The people that work there are always so polite and so helpful. I had a dead battery on my car that would not hold a charge. My car sat parked in the driveway while family members, friends and neighbors were just to busy to run me out to pick up a battery. Well, they finally did. BUT, when I went to trade the old one out for the new one, I realized there was some kind of safety strap that bolted the battery in... So now I have a new battery but can't get the old one out. My son stopped by and wanted to use the garage to put new brakes on his car. Said if he could use the garage he would switch my battery over for me. 2 hrs later, he popped the hood of my car, said "Oh, that's a side post battery." How about I just give you a jump and you can take it to Auto Zone where they will change it over for me. Well, I did. They came out and traded batteries for me. I cannot thank you enough

My daughter's car wouldn't start and we came from out of town to help on Labor Day. It finally started, so we went to Auto Zone to get the battery checked. The guy who helped us was very nice. He checked the battery, and we needed a new one that he installed. I hate to see people working on the holiday, but we were thankful he was there. Kudos to him! cashier #03!
