        Excellent Variety

        One of the best places I've ever worked out. Different classes with great availability or if you prefer to go it alone, so many machines and weights you'll never be bored. Bring your earbuds and listen to your main or plug in to a machine and watch TV while you workout. You can swim, whirlpool, steam room or spa. Even make an appointment with the of the masseuse.

        Great Facility

        Rush-Copley Healthplex offers an impressive list of fitness and aqua classes taught daily by qualified instructors. There is a huge amount of equipment and a couple of nice pools. I have tried their bosu bootcamp, cardio combat, boxing fitness, ballet bootcamp, beginning step, spin, vinyasa yoga and pilates classes and they were all great. If you can swing it hire one of their personnel trainers to get you started with a good workout program. I really feel comfortable at this club because it has a friendly relaxed but professional atmosphere.



        With all this club has to offer if you can not find what interests you then maybe you are not really ready to start a fitness program.
