Fuller Car Washes

Advertise unlimited wash but it is not unlimited. It’s one wash per day. Had my car washed in the morning, drove over some dusty road. Came back later in the evening and was told one wash per day.

It’s the only place I take my vehicles.

I just came back for the second time from washing my care in Fuller's Car Wash of Aurora, and I do not know how to say how disapointed I am.
Bought a wash of 3 US (the cheapest), wash it and came home to realice the back of my car was white... like not cleaned at all!. Came back to the Car wash and call for help when standing by the self service cashier. A guy came to tell me all kinds of things...like:
* What I expected to get for a 3 US car wash...
* Why I drove back to the selfservice?
* They will not wash again my car and I had to pull back my car from the lane asking the 6 other cars behind me to back up for me to go...
* They do not guarantee the car is clean after the car wash at all for 3 US...
* And many more things... I just could not believe...
Told him I got enough and I was going to call the police... that was unbelieveble...
Then, the guy says I will give you a car wash for free....
Well, never go to Fuller's Car wash Aurora IL. this is how they manage customers there...

The owner (Walter) was not friendly from the start, he was just there. Very unprofessional!
I have been in customer service for 31 years of my life. I have managed over 55 employees for more than 12 years of my professional carrier and was treated extremely poor by the owner "Walter" (Not Manager) of this organization today. I went in for an oil change and proceeded on with the free car wash after. During my (weekly) car wash I noticed my side mirror bent back abnormally and couldn't do anything but watch and proceed through. After showing the damage to Walter he stated "This didnt happen here" lets go look for the damaged piece in the wash. After the 3 of us found the exact match of the broken pieces , Walter went inside and Jose (great service manager) said sorry I will try to glue it back in place. Walter was extremely rude trying to deny responsibility of the entire situation after knowing that his wash damaged my mirror. All I asked for was him to get me a new mirror that I would install (not glued back together) and he through me to the curb. I asked him three times before I left his establishment to please be rational about my fair request with his acknowledged damage on my behalf and he said it wasn't his problem. This is poor customer service in my opinion on basic principle. One star is stating too much and is the only way I could post.
