Rachele Selvig comes to the firm from her partnership at Cauble, Selvig & Whittington, LLP in Grants Pass, Oregon. Rachele continues her practice in estate planning, guardianships and conservatorships, trusts and wills litigation, probate, real estate, and business transactions, as well as civil litigation and appeals in state and federal courts. Jack has been practicing law in Ashland since 1976, specializing in real estate transactions, disputes, and foreclosures. Other areas of specialization include advising businesses and business litigation as well as probate. Jack grew up in Ashland, Oregon and after completing his education, joined this firm. He has provided pro bono legal services to many charitable organizations in Southern Oregon throughout his many years of practice.
