        The company was out in 30 minutes like they stated but the bill doubled from the quote over the phone to the time the tec arrived!

        Screwed up appointment time. Picture of lock never got to the tech who then wanted a ridiculous amount of money. Called to complain and got hung up on before I could say more than three words.
