These guys are great - they're going by Central Lock Key Store. I needed a lock swapped out, I put in a request for a quote online and got a pretty quick response, John pinged me right away and scheduled a time to get the work done. When they ran late, I was updated periodically via their blackberry. I wish UPS and cable were so diligent. They analyzed my old lock and door, made recommendations and gave me an option. The work is solid and great service.

Just had my cylinder lock for my apartment changed by Central Lock Key Store , Joel. He was absolutely amazing and fast! Joel was very friendly and explained everything about the lock that I currently had as well as the new lock. I will definitely be referring the business to other friends....Got the best bang for my buck AND I feel safe!

I have to say that these guys went above and beyond. I got locked out of my boyfriend' car and he was out of town. They tried more than 30 key palmutations before they got it, at a cost loss to themselves. They were champs. Highly recommend Expert Locksmith Store.

I'd like to write this review, not for services rendered; but, rather for excellent customer service, which we all know is a rarity these days. I spoke with Paul extensively about replacing a lock, and even exchanged picture messages (upon his suggestion) so that he could better assess my situation. He not only educated me on the different types of locks/security devices; but, also offered to walk me through the purchase and replacement, which he suggested I do myself. Wait, what? A business owner who encourages a DIY project, so that I can keep some money in my pocket? Courtesy, professionalism and expertise all wrapped in one. Yeah, he has this field on lock. Boy am I glad my fiance found Central Lock Key Store online.



We just moved to Arcadia, CA and need to get a new lock for our place. So we scheduled an appointment on Saturday with Jeffy. He shows up on time asked us to pick a lock we want and starts working on it. Everything went smoothly and he finishes within 30 mins. Right after, we went out.



Come 1 o'clock in the morning we come back home and we can not open the door. Called Jaffrey and did a quick Q&A then said he would be on his way. Come 20 mins later he's in Arcadia, CA to work on my lock. He finally got in, and finds out that the the key frame on the door was a hack job that's why it was interfering with the lock. So he grind it down for us and tried to make as little noise as possible to be considerate to our neighbors. After a good hour of work, he finally fixed the problem and he apologized to us that this situation happened (which wasn't his fault) and just walked away! Didn't even ask for any money. That's the type of service Jeffry provides.



It was a very good experience, Jeffry is extremely polite, and the prices were very reasonable too.
