Not only is the service horrilbe, the Salesman/So-called Boss/Programmer is so horrible I rather have all my teeth pulled than deal with him another second!



He claims he's been in business 20 years, but when we call him to help us set up specific functions that are included with the phone systems, he will literally snap at you!!



When you ask a simple question regarding the phones, I suggest you sit back relax and have a cup of coffee and bagel to snack on. It's mind boggling that a simple question turns into an argument. Example: we asked him to set up the Night Mode so our customers can reach the answering machine after hours. He literally sat in my office for about half an hour, trying to divert the question. It's simple, "yes" I know how to set up or "no" I don't know how to set up Night Mode.



We placed all the old phones in a box and he stole them from us!! We had to ask him to give them back. A couple of days later he called back and said if we give him the old phones he will give us good customer service. What the heck is that?! Sounds like a bribe!! And he followed through, we didn't give him the old phones and from that day forward we got no customer service at all.



He doesn't even have respect for the owners of our company. He argued with them as much as a married couple would argue!



He tried to control our company once the contract was signed. He asked us what the greeting will be for voice mail. When I finished reading my greeting he raised his voice and said no you need to say this and that.



Overall, the service stinks like the stick up his A&$!!



I am begging you, yes "you" reading this, not to use this company. However, if you do decide to use them I will pray for you....

PLEASE DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR EVER! TRUST ME ON THIS OR YOU WILL REGRET LATER! This company provide phone equipment, installation, and programming for your phone network. First, he-the owner/installer/programmer/delivery driver-is very responsive, try to get his foot into your door. You have to deposit 50% on total cost, and pay up at the time of installation. However, you will not receive any more service after he already get paid. If you ask him to program something to your specification, he's always try to talk you out-not sure if he doesn't know how to do it or he just don't want to do it, so you have to pay more if you realy want to get it done. And if you don't agree to pay more and really push him to do it, or tell him to show you how to do it instead, he will tell you to call the manufacture for he's not a teacher to teach you everything. He doesn't even give you a hands on training even though it was agree verbally. He tells you to read the menu book. Please note that this is a phone network, require lots of function, not as simple as your home phone. Long story short, DO NOT FALL INTO OUR FOOT STEP; GET YOURSELF A PEACE OF MIND BY NOT DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS VENDOR AT ALL, FOR HE IS SO SO SO UNPROFESSIONAL.
