Cole & Denny Incorporated is a full-service architectural design firm with a staff of 12.Founded in 1984, we are headquartered in Alexandria, Virginia, at the center of the Washington metropolitan area. Cole & Denny is a registered corporation in Virginia, Maryland and the District of Columbia and has professional registration in each of those jurisdictions.We offer general and specialized architectural services including building design, space planning, interior design, master planning, existing condition and evaluation surveys, historic preservation, building diagnostics and corrective design, and accessibility design. Other areas of special expertise include design for roofing, waterproofing and masonry repair.Over 60% of our work involves remodeling or renovation of existing facilities. This experience includes projects in historic properties and in buildings of national importance such as the National Air and Space Museum, the Freer Gallery of Art, the American Art/National Portrait Gallery, and the United States Capitol.
