        Overall

        From what I read, their Roto Rooter service might be good but I would never call them again for plumbing services. Charged me $59 for the service call then an additional $478 for a total of $537 to install a new pressure reducing valve. I thought the cost was high but did not know for sure until I checked around for similar service. I had the same type valve changed out in my Hoover home for a total charge of $200. After I called the office about the charges, they told me that was their standard charge. $478 for a standard charge for changing a pressure reducing valve is extremely high.
