I called Tom about the recall on my RV Dometic Refrigerator recall. I told him what was going on. He explained that this was not due to the recall and gave me a couple of hints as to what to do first. I did them and they worked.I called him back to let him know, he called back right away and I asked how I might know if the kit had indeed been installed. He gave me a phone number at Dometic and indeed it had been installed.I could not ask for better service and WILL take my business to him when needed.

I have had my class C serviced and repairs done at Tom's RV and I am very happy with the service. I am not understanding some of the post here. I have been called back right away when my RV was ready, and repairs were quick. I always got someone when I called. Tom's RV has my business.

I brought my Pop-Up Camper in for service. The necessary service was recorded and I was told that I would receive a call after a diagnosis. About 2 months passed and I had not heard anything. So, I naturally placed a call to inquire the status. My call was never returned. I called again with the same result. I finally spoke with an employee who told me they would diagnose mine soon. This never happened. After 6 months without any work done, I decided to pick up my RV. It was easily retrieved and Tom did not care that he lost my business. Tom's RV Service was a real waste of my time.

GREAT SERVICE, I made an appointment and was immediately check-in to the service department. Tom personally reviewed my problem and determined that my trailer issued would be better served by a suspension specialist. Tom made the appointment, gave me a contact person, and directions to the facility. WOW what service.The facility is neat and well organized and very professional I would recommend TOM’S RV to any of my friends.

TOM SOLD ME A CAMPER AND AFTER THE PRICE WAS AGREED HE THEN STARTED FIXING THINGS WITHOUT ME ASKING! HE EVEN GAVE ME A NEW FRIDGE. WOW WHAT SERVICE.....HE HAS MY BUSINESS. !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I brought my RV in for a roof water damage estimate on June 30th, 2011. The owner (Tom) was very helpful and thorough, and after a complete inspection of the damage, indicated he would e-mail me a written estimate on Friday July 1st. Today is July 12th, and after 3 phone messages, and two e-mail messages later, I still have not received a response from this organization. What type of business ignores its prospective patron(s). That is just downright rude. Because of this, I will never consider Toms RV Service again for any RV repair and maintenance needs.

I have known,and dealt with Tom Coughlin for many years.He is the most capable,and honest R.V. specialist that I have known.
