Cooperative Educational Services is a member-owned agency that operates under a Joint Powers Agreement and is authorized by the New Mexico Department of Finance and Administration. Its members include colleges that provide two-year educational programs and universities, charter schools, state schools and the public school districts of New Mexico. The agency works to provide leverage in the acquisition of required services, supplies and equipment to its members. Cooperative Educational Services is a nonprofit cooperative that assists public schools in New Mexico. It employs various psychologists, social workers, physical and occupational therapists, and speech and language pathologists. The agency is located in Albuquerque, N.M.
