Jim's Lock Shop

Was in Alamogordo on a quick trip and needed a locksmith. Was serviced by Jim's son, James, who was just great!! Swamped with work, he made time for me due to my plight - pleasant, professional, and compassionate. Would highly recommend Jim and James.

I have known Jim for about 8 years. He is a trustworthy man of integrity. Currently he is not open due to shelter in place for the Covid 19 virus. His voice mail does not indicate this.

I called and cancelled the service and he still charged me $43. He was 10 minutes away and less than 10 miles away. When I called and cancelled the service he was still 5 minutes out. Watch out this is a racket

Very professional.I am a night auditor at one of the nicer hotels in town, and when I went to go make coffee in the morning i was locked out of the kitchen with out a way in.I tried every key until I was left with only one option, to call a lock smith. I tried a few locksmiths before i found one that answered their phone. I left a voice mail as instructed via messaging system and i was promptly called back.Their was someone here helping me with in the hour and no guests went with out coffee.Also noted they were reasonably priced. I would recommend them mainly due to the speedy service at 330 AM.I now know who to call for locksmithing!Jim is the man
