Advanced Drying Inc came to our door in less than one hour after we called them, which was amazing to us they were very caring and made sure that we understood we could call ANYTIME with any questions that we might have had. Everybody did their best to help us feel confident in their ability to put our house back together. We were very happy with the way Advanced Drying Inc made us feel. The service we receive from the team at Advanced Drying Inc was amazing. I was impressed with the level of communication between the team members. I would talk to the owner about an issue and get a call from from him the same day. The owner had the whole story and usually had an answer immediately. Many times I was surprised with the fact that each team member knew exactly what the progress was at any given time on our project. It mad the process seem seamless and reduced the time I needed to spend dealing with issues. The sub contractors chosen by Advanced Drying Inc were also very professional and great to work with.
