        grove city pizza hut is awful - the food is great, but the employees act like 2nd graders. actually i think 2nd graders have more manners and common sense. and dont even bother with making a complaint, as the general manager-lady will excuse their behavior. get take out

        We are huge fans of Pizza Hut, but the Grove City location is awful. We had a horrible experience - I made a complaint online, received a phone call from a woman and she apologized for the incident and said "yea he acts like that sometimes" - like she was excusing her employee's bad behavior. Unbelievable.We get takeout...so far....so good.

        The Pizza Hut in Grove City has the worst customer experience ever! They are slow, they do not acknowledge their customers and when you complain even to the management staff nothing is done.
