What turned out to be something very easy and simple, Ricky explained to me how my new thermostat works.. which should save me a lot of money in my heating bills! :) I highly recommend HELP!!! Eric Bouldin and Bob Ortman installed my AC/Furnace unit on a snowy super cold day with no complaints. I've never seen such hard working technicians - pretty much an 8 hour job straight. They were very neat, laid down rugs, used booties, didn't track in snow, removed all of the old hardware and had it picked up for recycle. Such an impressive, efficient company - delivery of parts were on time, technicians were on time - even in the snow! They were very personable, knowledgeable and friendly. I'd recommend these guys to anyone!

Breanna T. was cheery and upbeat when confirming our furnace tune-up appointment; always nice to speak to HELP's office staff. Tim S. performed the furnace tune-up and inspection efficiently and effectively. He explained what steps he had taken and confirmed that our system was ready for the winter. Very polite and open to any and all questions.

I had my Heat and AC serviced to check for any issues and Ricky D. was excellent. He explained the purpose of specific parts of the two units in a way that was very simple to understand and helped me make an informed decision about how to proceed. He was very friendly and professional. If I call HELP back for service again I will request Ricky D.

HELP had installed a new furnace last year and when my A/C burned out, I called them. Mike Stoll and Tyler Woodal responded promptly and I knew I was in safe hands. They were both courteous and professional. I'm elderly so they offered to take me to lunch and cut the grass. I declined because I knew they were busy helping other people. I'm confident that these employees are competent and reliable. They explained everything in detail and I was pleased with every phase of the operation. I would highly recommend Mike and Tyler for any work that I need them for. If I need Help in the future I will call HELP. Mike Stoll was as professional as could possibly be and I am happy to have met them. They are now like family.

As expected, Thompson/HELP is a good company to do business with. Josh the service tech is experienced and able to explain everything in understandable detail. He noted issues, made recomendations, made some educated predictions and left every decicision up to us. A pleasure to do business with!

HELP's Plumber Justin Beighle is a treasure! He has integrity, skill, and a wonderful smile. I will ALWAYS request him and feel good about it. He had every opportunity to sell me a new water heater, but I didn't need one so he fixed the real problem.
