        Dr. Buchert has been my doctor for two years, and I would trust her with my life. That is a very important quality when choosing a doctor!



        On my very first visit, I asked her a question. She answered by drawing me a diagram. I'm in the architecture business, and this is also how I explain things to people. That is the moment she stole my heart!



        I'm not sure how she treats her other patients, but she treats me as a friend. Every time I have an appointment, she greets me with enthusiasm and tells me she is so happy to see me. She remembers personal details from our visits, even if they are months apart. I'm not sure if any of my other doctors would recognize me on the street, but she would.



        She listens. She never makes me feel rushed, and I never leave with more questions. There have been times when she has called me personally to reschedule appointments.



        When choosing a doctor, I don't want someone cold a distant. She has taken the time to get to know me, so I completely trust her with my healthcare.

        If you are looking for an OBGYN in the area I would definitely go with Dr. Buchert. She provided me with my prenatal care during my pregnancy with my son (which was high risk) and I have nothing but good things to say! She listens carefully to all concerns, spends ample time explaining details, honors all personal decisions, is extremely competent, and goes above and beyond in order to provide emotional support. Pregnancy is a very special time in a woman's life and I truly believe that the doctor can make it or break it. In my case, Dr. Buchert made it a wonderful experience! I look forward to my next pregnancy and all of my needs in between because I know I will be well taken care of.

        I recently switched to Dr Buchert after a friend recommended her and I'm soooo happy I did! My previous doctor sort of blew me off about my anxiety and PMS issues. I didn't even bring it up initially with Dr Buchert, but she kept asking questions and "if there was anything else I wanted to talk about that I was holding back," until I opened up. It was like talking to a friend instead of a doctor. I had trouble finding her initially because she recently switched groups, but I eventually found the right info on the womans hospital website.

        I'm sorry you had this experience! I recently saw Dr Buchert and absolutely loved her. She spent time with me talking about my diet, exercise, and all the screening I needed to get up to date on. She even made me feel comfortable talking about my sex life! I went to her on recommendation from a co-worker and would definitely recommend her. She called me back with my results before I even called. As for the billing thing, she did recently change to a new smaller office, so maybe it was something with that. We spent a lot of time talking at my annual and nothing like that happened to me!

        Do not see Dr Buchert! It took 3 weeks to get lab results. Her nurse kept saying they were on her desk and she needed to review them. Finally the nurse gave me the results because it has been so long. Also, she does not know the latest information on thyroid issues or how to interpret the lab results. Also, she charged me for an extended visit and an annual exam because I asked her to run my thyroid labs. Her annual exam is just a pap smear and nothing else. The insurance company will pay for the annual exam and then you will have to pay extra for the extended visit. The problem is that I did not have an extended visit and she will not call you back when you question the bill. I have left several messages and so has their billing department. Nice enough woman to talk to, but I feel that she was not fair or honest in her billing. She will not even call you back to discuss. I will not see her again!
