King's Tires & Alignments

On April 26th 2018, Thursday morning, my husband went to Kings tires to have the tires rotated and balanced after driving the tires between 6000 to 10000 miles because if you buy a set of 4 tires, kings will rotate and balance for free as you use the tires. My husband was not informed that the tires were unsafe. The front tires that were switch to the back and the back to the front. My husband noticed the next day that the tread on the back tires were completely bald on the inside, middle tread. We were never informed of the tires being messed up. This leaves our family car unsafe to drive. We have been customers for the last 15 years and have never had any complaints until now. On May 2nd 2018 at 10:00, my husband went back to Kings Tires to make a complaint about the tires. The manager named, Gene, suggested that it was our fault that we did not bring the tires in at 4500 miles to rotate. Over the years, we have never come in right on the mile marker to have tires rotated but the tires have never looked way, bald. We bought 60,000 mile tires with 10,000 or less tire mileage on them, as this complaint is being stated. It's obvious that the tires were never aligned correctly and was some kind of mistake on their part. When we had replaced our new tires on our Tahoe 08 Chevrolet, on Nov. 1st 2017. May 2nd 2008 I  called and spoke with the manager named Gene that claimed the business owner of Kings Tires had retired. I asked him for the new owner's name and he said they had no new owner. Gene lied to my husband earlier this morning, May 2nd 2018, claiming that the owner was about to retire and that he could not get a hold of him for any questions or concerns. It is clear that Gene, the manager is trying to cover something up. I want to make this formal complaint to beware to buy tires from this company. I'm sad that we will have to carry our business somewhere else, after 15 years of buying tires at King Tires!
