Me and my wife bought her a used 2013 vw passat. Tanya Lozano was great in making sure we were comfortable and had no problem answering our questions. She even asked us questions to make sure we were getting the right vehicle. We were even there with our little kids and she didn't seem to mind at all which means a lot to us. I had a great time picking out my first car! I had recently acquired a little vw beetle and took it to ancira for a check up. When they told me the damage in the car was going to cost more then the car was worth to fix I became very upset, however Herb helped me to get out of the bogus deal and into a brand new beetle! Our Sales/Customer Service associate, Marc Petersen, was the Best. Marc met us as we exited our vehicle and LISTENED to our purpose for the visit. He was friendly, low keyed as he showed us what we wanted and made us feel comfortable doing business with him. We arrived, test drove a Jetta and our Passat, completed our purchase, and were out of the dealership in just over two hours.

I have to say buying a car here was not only the easiest transaction there could be I have never felt so at easy that I wasn't evening screwed. As soon as I drove up and walked to the used car area I was greeted by CHRIS BROWN when inquiring about a used car and my situation he informed me how difficult it could be and told me they can make something happen with a new vehicle because of all the insensitive normally I would think they only want an up sell and really aren't looking in my best interest I was totally wrong from the moment I drove my new Metra to getting the paperwork signed not only was I.excited I got the payment I wanted with gap and.extend warranty CHRIS is professional extremely nice. My only mistake Was.going to.other dealerships ad not going to Anita.
