no one should ever stay at your hotels again. this has been the worst experience of my life, and your staff threatened me and my family. Your property needs to be condemned.



We arrived on 7/4/2013. When we woke up, my baby daughter was covered in ant bites. We had no idea where they came from, so we notified two front desk clerks and they said she must have got them outside. We did not argue because honestly were not sure.



I was very alarmed when the maintenance guy said he would "bomb" the room. I said 'not yet' because we had medical supplies in there, and my baby is medically fragile, has very poor lung function and cannot breathe chemicals without it severely damaging her lungs.



We told the front desk clerks, "just wait, and if we see anything like bugs, we will call."



When we came back to our room that evening, we found several large flying ants swarming our room! I immediately took pictures, and went to show front desk.



The front desk clerk was the rudest person I have ever encountered, and she shrugged her shoulders, said there was nothing she could do.



she reprimand me and said it was "my fault" because I refused to let them to "bomb" the room. I told her that was not true.



I ran off back down the hall to our room very upset and tried to find another hotel in the area, but could not. I called her back, and told her I wanted a refund and she said she was calling the cops!



The clerk's name was Opel but she refused to give me her last name.she said those ants are all over the building and that WE brought them inside. I got even more upset and said that was unacceptable.



I asked her to be compassionate and told her our baby could not sleep in a room swarming with ants.



She told me to shut up or she would call the cops, and have my family forcibly removed and thrown into the street.



I told Opel to tell the manager we wanted a refund and she said she spoke to the manager and he refused to give us a refund. I asked to speak to that manager and she refused.



My husband drove 50 miles away and tried to find other lodging, but could not.



We had no choice but to stay in an infested room, and I kept finding huge flying ants all night all over the room.



I was awake all night trying to kill the huge flying ants to keep them off my baby.



Our vacation has been ruined.
